Cheap apratments for rent near the hanuman statue

Totally new apartment never rented out before only 11 000 THB per month 1 year contract. The normal price in this apartment complex is 15 000 THB

Our apartments (yes we have two) have all the things you need for a stay in Thailand

The apartments have a kitchen with pots and pans , microwave , toaster , plates , forks and knives , cooler , TV , DVD player (unlock) , lux bathroom , clothing cupboard , king-size bed there is also a sofa group. You can pick from air con or fan and you have a balcony with outlook on swimming pool.

Inside the apartment complex have a swimming pool, a 24 hour food service (cheap Thai and farang food) and many (lady)bars and restaurant around the complex. Also a 24 hour guard protection.

You need to clean your self or hire maid 300 THB per day then we can change towels and bed sheets.

You also have free cable TV with 60 channels and many DVD movies to look at.

Long term rent 11 000 THB a month

Short term 15 000 THB a month

8000 THB for two weeks

The location is a few min from the Jomtien beach Pattaya and in the corner of the hanuman statue.
